Overview

There are cards out there that are generally invite only that allows you to earn interchange fees on them. But what are interchange fees?

The long story short is that if a company is under a certain valuation, you can charge a much higher interchange fee. And specifically for business debit cards you can charge a lot more of an interchange fee.

Visa Interchange Rates (2024)

If we look at the charge, a business debit card can charge for example 2.45%+ usually. And some companies who are in this “exempt” status are willing to cut you in.

What does this mean? And who provides these cards?
